If your iMIS bridge connection is not working to Informz, check to see if there were any recent changes to any of the following items to your iMIS configuration:
- IP Address
- Database Name
- Port #
Provide any updates and details to your Advisor so that he or she can provide additional support.
Checking if Your Bridge Is Up
To determine this, navigate to Admin > Check Bridge Status. This page will let you know the current connection status. The image below shows a successful connection.
