Web Tracking Report Details

After you review your high-level Web Tracking performance details, you might want to dive a bit deeper into your reporting details. You can view information on specific Web Tracking reports in the Details tab of the Mailing Activity Report. The mailing will place a cookie in your browser, and this will allow the tracking details to be connected to that mailing (i.e. the web tracking results will be tied to that mailing directly). Remember, the site must be accessed via the mailing for the cookie to be placed.

Let’s look at some of the reports that you have at your disposal!

Before you Begin...

Web Tracking is a tremendously powerful tool, but please note that reports only show the pages that were visited. For example, if you have 100 pages on your website, but only 25 are visited, the most pages you'll see in Informz is 25! Remember, this assumes that a known or anonymous user has visited the page at least once after webtracking began collecting subscriber data.
