Using the Data

Once the data populates, you can export it into an excel file or you can create a target group using the new criteria.

Click Export to export the data to a spreadsheet.

Click the Plus and Minus icons to add or remove columns. When ready, click Ok and the columns will populate with the requested information.

Click Target to create a new target group from the new criteria.

Enter the target group name in the Name field.

Click the Folder dropdown list to select a folder where the new target group will reside.

Click Create.

It is very important to note that target groups created from the search screen are not dynamic queries. When you create a group from the search screen it will not automatically update!

For example, if you need to send a mailing to all of @gmail.com subscribers again in one month, you will need to repeat the process.

Phew, That Was A Lot!

Don't let this abundance of information overwhelm you - the search screen has lots of great data that can really help you! As always, if you need more clarification, reach out to your Advisor!
