One you have access to a child account, you’ll probably want to make sure that you have a set of emails from your block available in the child account. Let’s look at how to transfer emails from your block.
Please note that an authorized user needs the Maintain Child Account permission to perform these functions. To learn more about this permission, click here.
Navigate to Admin > Ordering > Redistribute Email Block.
Use the three available fields set up the transfer:
- Click the Take from Block dropdown list to select the originating account (you'll see a total count of available emails and their expiration date with the selected account).
- Click the Move to Account dropdown list to select the destination account.
- Enter the number of emails you would like to redistribute.
Click Move Emails to complete the transfer.
Click Refresh Counts to recount the number of emails in an account.
If you do not have an available email block to redistribute, you’ll see the message below:
