There will be times when you need to link content to another part of the web, such as your organization's home page, a web document, or an article hosted exclusively on a web page. If you are looking to insert a hyperlink into your mailing, look no further!
Highlight the text to use as the anchor text (the text that will include the hyperlink).
Click the chain link icon (Insert/Edit Hyperlink).
In the new window, select the Hyperlink Type from the dropdown menu.
Enter the appropriate URL, document name, etc.
Name the hyperlink (this is used when reporting link activity).
Click Insert Hyperlink.
The hyperlink is applied to the anchor text.
