If a subscriber has explicitly asked to be resubscribed, you have several options. Let's look at the steps you need to take.
Navigate to Subscribers > Search. Enter the email address for the desired subscriber.
Click Update to retrieve the unsubscriber.
To reactivate an email address, hover over the menu icon next to the email and select Resubscribe.
A window opens confirming that the subscriber has been resubscribed.
Resubscribe a Record from the Unsubscribers Report
Individual email records can also be resubscribed from the Unsubscribers Report (Subscribers > Reports > Unsubscribes > Unsubscribes) by clicking Re-Sub next to any email address.
