The Salesforce integration now supports custom fields for personalization for both Leads and Contacts. In the previous release, only the default fields were available.
Additionally, the Salesforce integration now includes Mailing Activity writebacks.
This Mailing Activity data is stored in Informz in a writeback queue. Every ten minutes the data is sent back to Salesforce from the queue. The following data is sent back:
- Mailing Name
- Publish Date
- Mailing Delivered (Yes or No)
- Mailing Opened (Yes or No)
- Mailing Clicked (Yes or No)
To see the Mailing Activity writebacks in Salesforce, go to the Notes & Attachments section, where the unsubscribe and resubscribe activities are currently being sent. The Note’s title matches the Mailing Name (see the example below).
